He coordinates lock workers, a medical examiner, and Michael to confirm a bull shark, then takes bold action to protect civilians. In the climax he pilots the WaveRunner while Chloe doses the shark, showing grit, marksmanship, and quick thinking. He’s a sardonic, principled cop whose instincts and courage anchor the response to a bizarre bio-weapon threat.
Marc Rico Ludwig is an award-winning Canadian actor, writer, and improviser whose work spans stage, screen, and audio. He has starred in several films, such as Jackknife, The Lurker, Switched At Death, Last Chance At Shangri-La, The Things Beyond The Darkness, Threadbare, Now Playing, and Maybe I Am The Villain. You might recognize Marc from popular podcasts Sherlock & Co, Hunting Grounds or Darkstead. Working in theatre for over a decade, Marc has performed all across Canada. Jack and The Beanstalk (Alberta Opera Tour); Urinetown (Grindstone Theatre); Harun (In Arms Theatre); The Importance of Being Earnest, The Hobbit (Capitol Theatre); Evil Dead: The Musical, Tuesdays With Morrie (Mansfield Entertainment); and the world-premiere of his own play: Butcher The Pig (The Theatre On King), to name a few. Marc also co-founded Rapid’s End Improv, producing and performing in comedy shows: The Ball Pit, Let’s Get Lit, BREW-HAHA Stand Up Comedy and the notorious Rico & Rostrup: a musical improv duo.

Stranded on the island later, she cycles between nervous humor and earnest fear, clinging to hope as friends plan the shark’s overdose. Her warmth humanizes the danger while her vulnerability raises the stakes.
Elle Rose is a rising actor on the Canadian film scene. After beginning her acting training a few years ago, she has worked on festival-selected short films, commercial projects, and a recent production for a major streaming platform. She has explored a wide range of genres, from thrillers to period pieces, and makes her feature debut as Tiffany in the horror-comedy Sorority Shark Attack. Dedicated to honing her craft, Elle approaches acting with curiosity, authenticity, and a commitment to bringing depth to every character. Off screen, she channels her creativity through music, fashion, and writing, all of which inspire and inform her work as an actor.
Charming and athletic, Greg is the first to call his buddies after Chloe’s invite and becomes the guys’ informal ringleader. He flirts with Alex yet reveals vulnerability about water-related fear, rounding him beyond the cocky exterior. During the crisis he backs Lorne, helps coordinate at the pier, and later ferries to the island after the shark’s defeat. Paul Matte was raised in Toronto, Canada. Paul’s creative journey began in Glasgow, Scotland – where he embarked on his film career in 2022. Paul approaches art with joy and authenticity and above all, Paul embraces collaboration, believing that the best creative work happens when a shared vision meets enthusiastic teamwork. Carving out a career for himself within the independent film industry, his contributions continue to grow as he makes his North American television debut in 2025 with ‘Gelato Stories’ by TLN Studios as well as multiple feature-film releases coming in 2026.
Rick starts as the awkward member of the trio, uneasy in a canoe and out of his depth around the girls. Stranded on the island, his fear peaks, yet he shows flashes of courage—like risking himself to retrieve the drifting canoe. He bonds through gallows humor with Squat and Tiffany and rides a rollercoaster from panic to jubilation when the shark finally dies. His vulnerability gives the ensemble a relatable civilian perspective on the terror.
Martin Egas was born in Quito, Ecuador, and from a young age, he was drawn to the arts. Encouraged by his parents to explore different creative paths, he immersed himself in visual arts, guitar, and theatre. During high school, he also discovered a strong physical drive, competing nationally in tennis and internationally in soccer. An injury eventually forced him to stop, but in hindsight, he sees it as life redirecting him toward his true purpose—acting.
That realization came when he was fifteen, watching The Force Awakens. It struck him that being an actor would be the most incredible job in the world, and from that moment, he knew it was his calling.
After high school, Martin moved abroad to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of New Brunswick, though deep down, he always knew he was truly pursuing acting. During university, he embraced meditation and stillness, through which he found clarity in his purpose and became determined to fulfill his creative potential. Acting wasn’t just a passion for him—it gave his life meaning.
Greg’s goofy friend who provides comic relief but proves courageous when it counts. He flirts playfully with Tiffany, keeps morale up on the island with silly scouting songs, and repeatedly diffuses panic with humor. When Rick is nearly taken, Squat yanks him back from the waterline and rallies the stranded trio to focus on survival. He endures long stretches of fear, cold, and uncertainty, yet stays brave and loyal to his friends.
Lee J. Poichuk is a Canadian actor often exploring genres of Horror (The Forgotten, To Catch a Mouse), And Comedy (Beachzza, Yo Fam!). Lee has contributed to a variety of feature films, series and shorts across BC, Ontario and the US. Lee’s approach to roles come from his background in sketch comedy creation where his work has received a variety of film festival awards and nominations. Off-screen Lee has worked on a variety of voiceovers (Cascadia, Bad Trip) and theatre (VIVA!, The Pain in My Ass). Aside from acting, Lee dabbles in writing, music and the occasional October Cold Plunge.

modifications. He carries personal guilt over family ties to the program and channels that shame into urgent action. Marvin helps define the fentanyl countermeasure and tries to volunteer for the riskiest
task, showing moral courage despite his age. He provides the intellectual framework that empowers Lorne and Chloe’s plan to end the threat.
Robert Reed Carradine is an veteran actor. A member of the Carradine family, he made his first appearances on television Western series such as Bonanza and his brother David’s TV series, Kung Fu. Carradine’s first film role was in the 1972 film The Cowboys, which starred John Wayne and Roscoe Lee Browne. Carradine also portrayed fraternity president Lewis Skolnick in the Revenge of the Nerds series of comedy films. Carradine made his film debut in 1972 in The Cowboys with John Wayne.He made an appearance as a killer in the Martin Scorsese film Mean Streets shooting to death the character played by his brother, David. Robert Carradine’s biggest film success to date came in 1984 when he starred in Revenge of the Nerds as the lead nerd Lewis Skolnick. In 2001, he played Donald Keeble in Max Keeble’s Big Move. In 2000, he co-starred with Caroline Rhea in Mom’s Got a Date with a Vampire. He reprised his role as Sam McGuire in The Lizzie McGuire Movie in 2003. We are lucky to have him participate.

shames the mayor with evidence of negligence and a fresh victim, pushing the investigation forward. His scientific rigor and moral backbone give Lorne institutional cover to act.
Drew Antzis is a filmmaker, actor, and comedic storyteller whose work spans television, digital media, and independent film from Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. Drew was the first in-house director/editor at Funny or Die where he directed and produced some of the platform’s most viewed videos, collaborating with top comedic talent including the video that launched it all, The Landlord, starring Will Ferrell and a little girl named Pearl. His background in directing, acting and improvisation has given Drew a unique perspective on performance — blending precise timing with an instinct for authentic, character-driven humor. Drew is very excited for his role as Dr. Hank Elsinore, Medical Examiner in Sorority Shark Attack and also for sharing the screen in the movie with his real-life son Bailey Antzis who plays Michael – Teenage Shark Hunter. Drew currently stars alongside his real-life partner, Tamara Bick, in the Bell Fibe TV1 original comedy series Janet & Steve based on characters from their award winning short film The Lottery Ticket. The short-form sit-com follows a Los Angeles couple and their two kids adjusting to life in small town Peterborough, Ontario — a witty and relatable reflection of modern relationships. As both co-creator and performer, Drew brings a grounded, improvisational energy to the role of Steve, showcasing his knack for both sharp banter and heartfelt comedy. Janet & Steve premieres Spring of 2026 on Bell Fibe TV1.
Vanessa Verdeaux is a Canadian actor, writer, and producer. A graduate of the William Davis Centre for Actors’ Study, Vanessa has also trained in musical theatre at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. Her on-screen credits include performances in television, film, and commercials. She has been featured in productions such as Scary Movie, Fear Thy Neighbour, Alterations, See No Evil, and Mega Brands That Built America, as well as several commercial productions representing world class brands. Vanessa also brought her talent to the screen as a host, writer, and producer of three original shows on Rogers Television, where she honed her voice as both a performer and creator.
Magdalena Barys is known for Sorority Shark Attack, The Office Movers (2024) and Forbidden: Dying for Love (2015).Magdalena Barys is a writer, director, actor, and comedian. Her on camera career began over a decade ago; she has dozens of film and TV credits, and over 30 commercials under her belt. Most notably you can see her in Crave’s “The Office Movers” and Eli Roth’s “Haunted Museum”. She also recently wrote, produced, starred in, and directed her first short film, “How To Bury A Dog”.
Magdalena is also no stranger to the stage. She is a graduate of the Second City Conservatory. Her stage credits include Big City Improv Festival, Toronto Fringe Festival, Second City Writing Show, and Hamilton Fringe Festival just to name a few. Fun fact: Magdalena has a Communications degree (B.A Honours) from the University of Ottawa that is collecting dust somewhere in her parent’s basement in Thunder Bay, where she grew up.
Bailey Antzis is a young actor with a natural charm and screen presence that shines in both comedic and dramatic roles. Growing up in a creative family of filmmakers and improvisors, Bailey developed an early love for performance. He brings an intuitive sense of timing, curiosity, and playfulness to every role, making him a standout in both scripted and improvised scenes. Bailey is incredibly grateful and excited for his feature film debut as Michael in Sorority Shark Attack. He has also appeared as Young Walt in History Channel’s How Disney Built America, Will, a possessed young guitar player in Haunted Mansion and currently in the Bell Fibe TV1 original comedy series Janet & Steve, with his real-life parents Tamara Bick and fellow Shark castmate Drew Antzis. (set to premiere Spring ‘26.) Whether on set or in rehearsal, Bailey’s professionalism and enthusiasm reflect a young performer with both talent and heart — one poised for an exciting future in film and television.
